I've got the same problem on TiddlySpace...

I don't know how to style folded headers produced by
FolderHeadingsPlugin.
CollapseTiddlersPlugin, (which folds tiddlers - not sections) has it's
own shadowed StyleSheet tiddler: [[CollapsedTemplate]].
It can be styled to your liking..
It would be nice if we could style folded sections in a similar way
With CollapsedTiddlersPlugin - try: (not tested...)
