Change the skin then, - make it look more Sky'ish :-)
If you try out my ver. of FF portable (4.01) you'll discover that it
opens a local TW (from a folder in the portable FF directory) - this
could be any TW you provide
(you configure what local file to set as homepage in the
FirefoxPortable.ini txt file )
-- the one I've added is setup to collect TiddlySnips via the FF
extension. (Which is also preinstalled)

Yesterday I was playing with the Webian- Shell project http://webian.org/shell/
- it's based on Gecko 2 and is very basic when it comes to normal
browser features (no autosuggest, no history etc..)
What it does provide is an different looking browser, which opens up
as if it was a desktop-environment, effectively taking over your
desktop in full screen mode....
Everything seems tweakable - and the Chromeless-project which Webian
is based on, strives for tweakability via webtools like: js, css and
html files - so it should be pretty easy to create your own Chromeless
- browser taylored for TiddlyWiki - maybe even featuring a customized/
inbuilt TiddlyWiki to control the behaviour and look of the
browserapplication...
