If you add the css definition (above) to your StyleSheet tiddler - and
copy this from the ViewTemplate from a Standard tiddlySpace space -
into the ViewTemplate of a standard TiddlyWiki:

        <div class='tidTags' macro='tags'></div>
        <div class='tagging' macro='tagging'></div>
</div>

You should get what you want...
