Hi Ward, I'm interested in being able to search the file system too - please post if/when you get that working.
Okido: thanks for making that plugin!! Just thought I'd mention that if you add this to the template, maybe just above the link line: <<tiddler [[./code_insert_2]]>> and assuming you have Eric's http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#ExternalTiddlersPlugin you can view the file content locally in that tiddler. I tried to make a link to open the file in a text editor with LaunchApplicationPlugin by putting this into the template: <<LaunchApplication "code_insert_1" "open file to edit" "file:////home/ david/Dropbox/MainDocuments/taskLists/code_insert_2">> (i.e. path to where my TW is) But for some reason (I assume the way your plugin processes the template when you refresh docs with <<autoLinker>>) the "code_insert_2" doesn't get replaced in the LaunchApplication macro line. Do you know a quick way to make that work? That (along with the search function) would make this my Holy Grail of Tiddlywikidom :-) Thanks, Dave On Jan 19, 11:50 am, WardHolloway <[email protected]> wrote: > I'll see if I can mod it to do what I want.
