ok, so I just now got around to this email. (I have a bit of a back log.) this does exactly what I was looking for, although as you noted. TW will not render tabbed lists in the way that I wish it would. I will probably either use code blocks. or see if eric is willing to implement a behavior that does a similar thing but with #'s and *'s into is text area plugin.
so eric, do you have time for it right now?
