Hi Yakov All is inside the tiddlywiki. The newsfeedplugin (with some tw-related feeds in the mainmenu). The rss adaptor is a option in backstage import (import a feed instead of tw). ...some example imported rss feeds from googlegroup also in the mainmenu...
Perhaps it's best to download a empty tiddlywiki local and then import all tiddlers from my dropbox tw. Also note that the feed functionality only works here on firefox-3.6.x....later firefox version refuses the feed, also chrome. Let me know if you are able to make at least the tw render normal...if not I will create a zip file to download.
