Is there a way in tiddlywiki to create a book? I think it would be already helpfull if you could add a button (or link) which opens some default tiddlers with the tiddler title on top of the page. This would already make a nice printout. Only problem rests is paging... Is(Are) there a(any) plugin(s) which can help me?
