I have the same problem in firefox 10.01 The tiddlywiki official website said to use the import function when upgrading versions before and including 2.6.3.
However the import failed too. After I browse a local file (not on a web server), there was nothing happen but the error massage: "Error retrieving tiddlers from url, please ensure this url exists and is CORS enabled."
