Can't get this to work. Using the formatting you describe produces what looks like a link, but it does't open the Tiddler it refers to. It's like a 'href="#"'. If it's relevant, on a typical Tiddler link using the default TW stylesheet and where MD is not used, the resulting link is **bold**.
