Well there's tiddlywiki.org and linking form that http://shadowtiddlers.tiddlyspace.com/ but neither seem to intuitively point to detailed information or examples on how to define or modify templates.
Maybe some day the documentation more intuitively gives answer to questions like "How do I do this and that".
