Hi pk, Is it possible, to produce a minimal test case and link to it. So we can have a look at your basic/empty TW. It seems you use a modified TW, with some plugins.
Sometimes a TW will be empty, if a plugin causes an error at startup time, that just stopps execution, without any messages. I think we will need a bit more information about your TW.
