Haven't thought about that yet... will give the idea some thought. To begin with, I thought it were meaningful to separate #tags from other tags or tiddlers... or to even allow "#tag" as tiddler titles. Probably a twitter willl eventually be best. The easiest thing would be to just provide a link to the actual tiddler from the search results.
