You should alter things in the ViewTemplate of the theme you're using. (Note, the tiddler ViewTemplate is the default view template and probably not the one used in your theme). The view template defines which parts the tiddler should consist of in view mode, thus basically: toolbar title text tags Note that what you probably want is to *replace* the existing bottom most tags with the taggly..
