No, just the opposite way: Let's say tiddler a has the tags tag1 and tag2, 
and tiddler b has the tag tag3. When I now use <<tiddler a>> in b, the 
content of a are in b, of course, but I also want the tags of it in b, so 
that b has now the tags tag 1, tag2 and tag3.
