Presently it is possible to map a single Tiddlywiki5 server instance to an
existing directory in Apache2:

But this requires that for each wiki one wishes to run, it be run off of
a separate server instance.
Will it be possible to run multiple TiddlyWiki5's off of a single
TiddlyWiki5 server instance?
