Efforts to fix both local file I/O (IE/FF native functions and TiddlySaver.jar) and remote I/O (HTTP request) are planned for TW270. The current release of TiddlyWiki is TW265 (October 6, 2011). TW266 is in *alpha*, soon to be transitioned to *beta*. TW267 will be posted to alpha shortly thereafter, and will include only minor updates (primarily as a test of the new build tools).
