Not a dumb question at all! The main release of TiddlyWiki.com includes a "download" button in the MainMenu (using DownloadTiddlyWikiPlugin). However, the alpha and beta builds do not include all the standard tiddler content that is in the main index.html, so there isn't any single-click-to-download button displayed in the MainMenu. However, you don't actually need the button to trigger a download. All you need is to visit: http://www.TiddlyWiki.com/beta/empty.zip (contains both empty.html and TiddlySaver.jar) Because .zip files are not handled directly by the browser, it will simply ask you where to save it (or save it to the default download location you have set for your browser).
