I modded Tobias' plugin.

My mod* uses  https://etherpad.mozilla.org/

*http://mopad.tiddlyspace.com/

One drawback is that you have to click an extra button first time you
create a pad...

I'm sure there is a workaround for creating pads directly - some
extended url-addtion...
If you know it - please tell :-)
