Hi Sek, Seems to be a way, to use a VCS with TW. The "old" TW build process allready builds a TW version, that produces external twcore.js, jQuer.js and jQuery.twStyleseet.js files plus a 25kByte (allmost empty) tiddlywiki_externaljs.html file. So there would be no need to manually strip out the jQuery stuff to use with fossil, described in your post. IMO this would make your workflow easier for "standard" users.
While these external files are possible to produce, they are not exposed to users at the moment. I think the "latest" TW build process doesn't deploy them.
