Hi Julie Are you on Windows? It sounds like the problem is that Explorer is showing you the contents of the zip file, but not actually unzipping it. And of course you need to unzip it in order to rename the empty.html file. So, you may need to right click on the zip file icon and choose something like "extract" or "uncompress"
