I believe the tbGTD site on TiddlySpot is already converted to TagSearch but, of course, there are no instructions for it or migration patterns or the likes. But then again, good to hear that you solved it. If you can write a few lines on what you did wrong to begin with and how you solved it... that might help the next person trying to achieve the same.
