Hi! Well, first, the CSS property is text-align.
However, I tried the following: @@text-align:right;~TiddlyWiki is wonderful!@@ @@color:#C06;~TiddlyWiki is wonderful!@@ @@font-size:12pt;~TiddlyWiki is wonderful!@@ The first one didn't work, but the second and the third did, both in a normal tiddler and in the MainMenu.
