You have to modify the code of the TagsTreePlugin because the PageTemplate tiddler has been modified since. Just open the TagsTreePlugin Tiddler and change the last line by : config.shadowTiddlers.PageTemplate = config.shadowTiddlers.PageTemplate.replace(/id='mainMenu' role='navigation' refresh='content' /,"id='mainMenu' role='navigation' refresh='content' force='true' ") Normally, your left menu should be updated automatically now.
