Hi all, one small but huge feature, and a few more bug fixes (thanks to all who reported them!)...
dGSD is now able to track who *requested* an action, as well as whom the action belongs to or was delegated to. This brings a simple but very powerful team management aspect to dGSD. As well as having a "Requested By" dropdown on Action Tiddlers, you will see a "Requested Actions" list on each person's Contact Tiddler. This will let you see at a glance what each person is waiting for, and from whom. Please see http://thinkcreatesolve.biz/dGSD.html for more details and examples. If you're not already a dGSD user, you can download a fresh dGSD file by saving this link: http://thinkcreatesolve.biz/dGSD-empty.html If you are, and thank you for it, grab the updated dGSD Tiddler set and import them into your TW by saving this link: http://thinkcreatesolve.biz/dGSD-export.html Tips For Importing: There are some issues in the TW ecosystem with new browsers. Here's a quick guide to successful imports (this applies to every TW, not just dGSD) - 1. Start with a version of Firefox earlier than 15. You can get Portable Firefox 14.0.1 for Windows here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/Mozilla%20Firefox%2C%20Portable%20Ed./Mozilla%20Firefox%2C%20Portable%20Edition%2014.0.1/ 2. (If you're not a Windows user, put it on a USB stick along with your TiddlyWiki and the export file you want to import. Both should be in the same folder.) 3. Load your TW with #start:safe after the filename in the URL, i.e.: file://c:/directory-With-Your-TW-and-export-file/myTW.html#start:safe 4. Click "Backstage" (at the top right), and click "Import". 5. On the Import panel, specify a file URL with your import file, rather than clicking "Browse". i.e.: file://c:/directory-With-Your-TW-and-export-file/dGSD-export.html 6. Import away, save, reload without #start:safe You should probably also install the latest TiddlyFox extension into any copy of Firefox, from: https://github.com/TiddlyWiki/TiddlyFox/blob/master/tiddlyfox.xpi Please do send me your feedback. I'm quick to fix any bugs, and I would very much like to hear how people are using the tool. New use-cases always generate great new features and ideas.
