Hi
Hosting static TiddlyWiki on google appengine (or any static html) was
already possible.
Lately I have created an app that also is CORS enabled:

https://github.com/BauweBijl/gaecors

( the html file in the /static folder is a TiddlyWiki ... app is ready
to deploy ...)
You need to sign up for the appengine ... create an appspot ... adjust
the name in the app.yaml and deploy...
