Hi!
A TW syntax would be: [[link text|http://yourlink.com]]
However, if you want/need to use a proper HTML syntax, then do this:
<html><a href="http://yourlink.com";>link text</a></html>

The JavaScript reference and everything else gets appended by the TW
core.
