@Tobias Themes _are_ hosted on TiddlySpace ... see op ... I am the owner of this space and take care of the themes inside ... you are free to open a more open "sandbox" TiddlySpace where people can collaborate on themes ... (we can discuss about the quality of themes here and choose as group what can be placed) ... of course people are also free to publish themes in other places like dropbox etc. ...and link here.
