I am trying to add something like this to the ToolbarCommands :
<<newJournal title:"context.inTiddler.title YYYY_0MM_0DD_0hh_0mm_0ss"

Obviously the syntaxe is totally wrong but I don't even to have just
newJournal

showing up in the toolbar commands
