The solution is simple and nothing brilliant. Any suggestion for improvement is welcome. For now I have noticed one small problem. The tiddler [[Timeline Selected]] successfully displays the events in a chronological order sorted on the field 'when'. But the tiddler [[Timeline All]] contains the macro '<<timeline when filter:'[tag[event]]' >>'. This does display a list sorted on the field 'when' but the dates are offset by one day. the event tiddler of 10 March 2013 is shown under 9 March 2013. I cannot understand why is this.
