Hello Tobias, and thanks for replying. You wrote: > > Just to be sure, where is your wiki stored and how exactly are you trying > access it in either case? >
My TW is reachable via my domain which resides on some shared Linux hosting and it uses TW Home for it's PW protection and whatever else that does to allow online editing/saving (all I added was the PW though). My browser is FF and literally identical at both places as of tonight... Home - Fairpoint DSL - my TW opens fine, backstage shown, edits & saves perfectly. Office - prior to tonight - variable results on different days, backstage not shown in any case. Office as of tonight after copying in an entire FF brought from home, currently there is a trial of DSL & existing cable: 1. Fairpoint DSL...no response, site is totally unreachable - tried with proxies and can reach it, but it does not fully load. 2. Cable...loads fast & completely=> and get this...tonight the backstage IS there !!!!!!!! Tested editing/saving, it all works correctly via the cable connection. *Too strange*. All I can think of is that when the DSL modem was installed it tried to 'push' some kind of update and that it broke my FF somehow and that also the DSL in this town is somehow blocking some things - because yahoo webmail is also fubar when using that connection. Can you think of any sane explanation for all this Tobias - it is crazymaking ?!?!? I'd also appreciate any info pertinent to the plug-in I mentioned in my OP, and wonder if it might be beneficial in some way ??
