I'm using Windows7 Home Premium and TW 2.6.5 Up to Firefox 16.x (with TiddlyFox 1.0alpha3) the mentioned plugin worked as expexted. After upgrade to FF 19.x launching an application silently fails. (due to security restrictions?) Temporary workaround: back to FF16. (but this is not a solution).
