You might want to try using TiddlyFox, a Firefox extension that allows
TiddlyWiki to save changes locally. There's more information on
tiddlywiki.com. Install the extension by visiting this URI in Firefox:

https://github.com/TiddlyWiki/TiddlyFox/raw/master/tiddlyfox.xpi
