I am confused, where to put the code and what code should I put?

Try this:

   http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#SnapshotPluginInfo

First, add the following macro command somewhere in your document
(e.g., MainMenu, SidebarOptions, etc.)
   <<snapshot label:"take a snapshot" id:"story">
Next, display all the tiddlers you wish to export as HTML files.
Then, click the "take a snapshot" command link.  This will create
separate HTML files for each tiddler that is currently displayed.
