Hi Jizhad, have you tried copying only a couple of your tiddlers to an empty TW 2.7.2 (and see if the empty spaces remain)? I haven't migrated any of my "main" TWs to 2.7.2, but I have one in 2.7.1 and it works ok.
Also, do you have any plugins in your TW? May be some styling added by a plugin/theme/other extension got incompatible with 2.7.2 (which is unlikely, though).
