If you can read your Word documents as html code you can copy it into a
tiddler and surround it with html tags like this:
<div>
<h1 dir="ltr" style="text-align:center;text-indent:-0.3000in">
etc etc etc
</div>
</html>
For a large scale import of html formatted word contents into TW as
multiple tiddlers I would experiment with a spreadsheet and Eric's
CreateTiddlersFromCSV <http://tiddlytools.com/#CreateTiddlersFromCSV>
or you could use a wysiwyg editor like FCK or CK editor to format copied
text as html.
