IMO TiddlyTools GotoPlugin + SearchOptionsPlugin, does exactly that. If you type a tiddler title text it shows up in the list.
If you type a new tiddler just go on typing hit enter and you open a new tiddler, that doesn't exist. - if you edit it -> done. If you combine the whole stuff with SearchOptionsPlugin, you have the possibility to use advanced settings. -------------- My TeamWork place, uses a setting described above. You can use it to see, how it works. If you search for something, just start typing. - (searching starts after you entered 3 chars - default - can be changed) If you don't see, what you want (because tiddlers are marked exclude??) - just hit <shfit><enter> and activate SearchOptionsPlugin. .... endless possibilities.
