TiddlyTools is still based on TW250 (stable, but quite old now).  Exactly 
how did you use the local file?

Obviously, ShowLocalDirectory relies upon local filesystem access, which is 
a privileged function that is no longer available.  There is no upgrade 
path for this functionality.  The only way to achieve this in FireFox is to 
write a browser add-on that can still access the filesystem to read the 
directory information (e.g. similar to what TiddlyFox does for file 
save/load).
