On the other hand I ran into other plugin sites where import resulted in
error ("Error retrieving tiddlers from url, please ensure this url exists
and is CORS <http://enable-cors.org/> enabled") like in the case of
http://visualtw.ouvaton.org/VisualTW.html
If you right-click on the above URL, and then select "save link as...", you
can download a *local* copy of the source document. Make sure this
document is saved in the same directory as your target document. Then open
your target document and use backstage>import to read tiddlers from the
local copy of the source document.
