I chose 4pm based on the popular times for the previous hangouts. I'm keen to establish a fixed time and day for the sessions, so that we can all plan around them, and rely on them. If the worst comes to the worst and it's just me and Eric chatting on any given week, at least there'll be a YouTube record for retrospective attendance! So, I'd rather stick with these times unless you reckon that you can't make any of the next four sessions that we've booked?
