Searching now "unblock" in the doc on http://tiddlywiki.com/ I find this "unblock" operation in "Downloading guidelines: Internet Explorer on Windows Vista" / "Step 4 - Unblock file" but yesterday following the "GettingStarted" & "Setup TiddlyWiki with your browser" I have not be able to find this point...
