Hi, I'm using TW 2.6.1 (Firefox 23, Mac OSX 10.8.4) and trying to upgrade to 2.8.1. The only extension or plug-in I am using is TiddlyFox.
I am using the 'Upgrade' tab in the BackstageArea. After clicking Upgrade, I get a message "Loading core code" and then nothing further happens (50 minutes and counting). I can see that a backup file has been created, but there are no further prompts and no sign of anything happening. On the first occasion (when I waited only 10 minutes), I reloaded the file to see if it had upgraded, but it hadn't.
