Hi Kolmar The Starlight theme is a bit of a mess; it's really just to demonstrate some features that I thought were too garish for the default theme: bitmap backgrounds, embedded fonts and coloured toolbar icons.
I'd welcome submissions of better themes :) The inability to import system tiddlers is becoming a great nuisance...
