Hi Roman The text "New Tiddler" is one of many strings in the core that needs to be translatable. The plan is to move each string out into its own tiddler so that it can be overridden by internalisation plugins. I plan to do this during the beta period (ie after the present widget refactoring and the bump to beta). If it's a blocker I can hack this particular string for you?
