If you're talking about the Dropbox iOS app, then I'm also encountering the same problem. If you've got TWEdit installed then you can use the "open in" menu of the Dropbox app to open the TiddlyWiki in TWEdit. TWEdit can also be used to sync directly with Dropbox, avoiding use of the Dropbox app entirely.
