That interesting and I can see cases where it applies. Just a matter of
turning it on and off for some tiddlers.
It makes sense for things like code, but not for 'essay text'.
I suppose I need those <br>'s changed to <</p><p> when they terminate a
paragraph and the next item is a paragraph. Skip headers and lists.
That really needs to get back in to the formatter, somehow.
Somehow. Reading empty.html .... still baffled.
