Hi Andrew There's no native way to build a clock in TW5, so your best bet is probably to include the clock via an iframe. There are websites offering clocks designed to be embedded that you could use.
In the future, the combination of a couple of planned features should make it possible to create a clock entirely within TW5. The missing features are the ability for widgets to refresh themselves at a time interval, and a way to assign the current time to a variable.
