I am not a developer but figured this is the best way to go, for now at least - run TW5 with node.js on my home PC and connect via ssh tunnel from work when I need to.
I got as far as running it (steps detailed below). Now what do I do when the next alpha rolls out? What are the steps to upgrade? Sorry if this is obvious for someone familiar with node.js. I don't know the first thing about it. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A no-brainer step-by-step for running TW5 using node.js (Win): ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Install Node.js Open command line npm -g install tiddlywiki set TW5_BUILD_OUTPUT=c:\tw5 serve.cmd Browse to localhost:8080 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
