Autosave isn't implemented yet, but it's on the roadmap, and will come soon.
If you use the Node.js edition and keep your wiki folder in Dropbox you get an arrangement that makes it pretty hard to lose data; every keystroke in the browser will ripple back to the server file system as an update to the draft.
