You haven't stated whether you're using the new version 5 of TiddlyWiki, or
the classic version 2.

In the case of version 5, YouTube embedding is working for me. The code I
use is:

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="
http://www.youtube.com/embed/1g66s7UbyuU"; frameborder="0"
allowfullscreen></iframe>

At the moment you'll need to use the HTML img tag:
