These are the steps I've taken:
1) Installed the plugin and marked it as systemConfig
2) Uploaded to Tiddlyspot (save to web)
3) Reloaded wiki
At this point I am no longer able to save to web - when I click the link to 
do so there is no popup like normal saying that it is saving.  I have 
waited about 10 minutes and reloaded just to make sure it isn't saving in 
the background and it does not.
If I load a backup copy of the wiki (before I marked the plugin as 
systemConfig) the ability to save to web is restored.  During this test 
this was the only change I made to the wiki.  I also tested on a second 
wiki I have on Tiddlyspot and got the same results.
